Paedophile who described himself as a “dog” after molesting two girls jailed for eight years

west

A paedophile who described himself as a “dog” after molesting two young girls was jailed for eight years.

Anthony Westhead, 58, of Thirlmere Road, Everton, abused his victims in Norris Green in the 1990s.

He admitted seven counts of indecent assault in relation to one victim, but was found not guilty of raping her after a trial.

Liverpool Crown Court heard Westhead also pleaded guilty to one count of indecent assault in relation to the second girl.

Judge David Aubrey, QC, said anyone who saw the first girl give evidence could not fail to have been moved by her distress.

He said: “You took away her innocence. In truth you have sentenced her to a life sentence, because in all probability not a day goes by when her mind does not wander to when you indecently assaulted her.”

The court heard the two victims met up around eight years ago and realised they had both been abused by Westhead.

The first girl made a victim personal statement in which she said the ordeal led to her trying to take her own life.

She said: “The acts against me made me feel suicidal, as if I had no-one or anywhere to turn to.”

The court heard the girl started self-harming and was hospitalised after taking an overdose of pills.

She struggled in school, failed to pass exams, found it difficult to have relationships with men and suffered panic attacks.

The woman said: “I’ve never been able to have a bond where trust is concerned. I don’t feel like I’m normal like everybody else.

“At times I feel like my life is out of control. I’m unable to get these things out of my head.”

Westhead has a previous conviction for rape dating back to 1980, for which he received three years in prison.

Charlotte Kenny, prosecuting, previously told the court: “He said one night he required some money and intended to steal a handbag from a lady in the street.

“In the process of doing that he went on to rape her. It would appear to be what is commonly called stranger rape.”

The paedophile, balding with glasses and wearing a grey zip-up top in the dock, sat with his head bowed.

Jailed: man who distributed indecent images of children

patterson

A Woolton man has been jailed for seven years for possessing indecent images of children and voyeurism.

Graham Patterson, 28, from Beechill Close, was sentenced to seven years imprisonment at Liverpool Crown Court today, Tuesday 2 August.

Patterson was charged with 14 counts of taking, producing and distributing indecent images of children and two charges of incitement following an extensive investigation, which was referred to the Matrix Cyber Investigation team by the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) in December 2014.

During the investigation, it was established that Patterson possessed indecent images of children, and had additionally contacted numerous girls through social networking sites, inciting some of them to commit sexual acts on camera.

As a result of the investigation, safeguarding measures have been put in place for 44 UK children and a further 38 children have been referred to Law Enforcement agencies throughout the UK and USA by CEOP, meaning a total of 82 potential victims will have been protected from further harm.

This is the convicted paedophile caught with missing five-year-old Bootle girl

NINTCHDBPICT000265587577

This is the face of convicted paedophile Trevor Hughes, who was found with a five-year-old missing from a park in Bootle.

Hughes, 66, was put back behind bars at Liverpool Crown Court yesterday after admitting breaching an order which prevented him from being with children unsupervised.

The court was told Hughes had been spotted coming from behind a leisure centre in to the park with the girl by her frantic mum.

She shouted at him and took her daughter back, having enlisted neighbours to join in the search for her daughter after she vanished from the park.

A neighbour confronted Hughes, of Knowsley Road in Bootle, who said he had bought the girl bubbles as a gift as he had spoken to her previously and knew she’d had a recent birthday.

It transpired Hughes had been jailed for two and a half years in June 2013 for possessing indecent images of children and sexually assaulting a girl he had groomed.

By being alone with the girl he had breached an indefinite Sexual Offences Prevention Order imposed at the time, the court was told.

Judge Alan Conrad, QC, told him: “It is every parents’ nightmare that their child playing will be grabbed by a sex offender and that is exactly what happened here.”

He jailed Hughes for 12 months for breaching the order.

In an impact statement the girl’s mum said she was still terrified about what might have happened to her daughter.

She said she now has nightmares and “wakes up screaming”.

Wirral father jailed after sex chats with young girls and downloading child abuse images

richard

A father-of-three who had sex chats with two young girls via Skype and also downloaded indecent photographs of children was jailed for two years today.

Liverpool Crown Court heard that, bizarrely, Richard Donnelly’s perverted behaviour only came to light after he notified the NSPCC about his concerns over a 12-year-old girl he had been chatting with in America.

He told officers he was concerned about her relationship with her step-father who had been indecently touching her and he feared he would bring friends around to have sex with her.

But meanwhile it was found that she had sent Donnelly photos of her breasts and sexual equipment and they had chatted about them.

The NSPCC contacted the police and he was arrested in February last year and his computer and electronic devices were seized, said Neil Biswarya, prosecuting.

When forensically examined, experts found that as well as 17 child porn images in all three categories of seriousness he had been having “highly sexualised chats” with a 13-year-old via Skype.

52-year-old Donnelly, of Arley Close, Prenton, pleaded guilty to four indecent image charges and attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity.

Jailing him Judge Alan Conrad, QC, said: “This is on any view a disturbing case.”

He said there could be no doubt about the purpose of his on-line conversations with the two girls, although he did not face a charge involving the American child.

Donnelly’s barrister Katy Appleton said that he did not accept there was any sexual motive in his behaviour but the judge said that phrases he had used included “jail bait.”

Miss Appleton said that he could not remember the conversations because of drink, amphetamines and pain-killers but he accepted them.

He had been working at a computer shop but was now signed off sick because of spinal problems and the images on his machine had inadvertently resulted from his work, she said.

But Judge Conrad pointed out that Donnelly was “computer savvy” and added: “What is also disturbing is your attitude towards your offending and only an immediate custodial sentence can be justified.”

He ordered him to sign the Sex Offenders Register for ten years and he imposed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for five years.

Paedophile had stash of kid’s trainers, used underwear and sex toy

prescott

A paedophile caught with child abuse images had a “concerning” stash of children’s trainers, used underwear and a sex toy.

Police recovered nine computer devices when they raided Jamie Prescott’s home in Ackers Hall Avenue, Knotty Ash, on December 4 last year.

They contained 489 indecent pictures and videos of young boys and girls, featuring some children estimated to be as young as three.

Kim Egerton, prosecuting, told Liverpool Crown Court : “Other items seized included a sex toy, used underwear and children’s trainers.”

The 26-year-old admitted downloading adult pornography “for years” and said he used peer-to-peer networks to look for pictures of teenagers, expecting them to be aged 16 or above.

Ms Egerton said: “He said he might download 100 files overnight and discover there was child pornography disguised as something else – downloaded by accident.

“He said he had no sexual interest in children.”

The files included 112 Category A – the most serious category – plus 265 Category B and 112 Category C pictures and movies.

Ms Egerton said many had filenames “clearly indicative of child pornography”.

She said: “The suggestion of accidental downloading of them cannot be right.”

Prescott admitted three counts of downloading and one count of possessing indecent images of children, plus possession of six further prohibited images.

Leanne Kennedy, defending, said Prescott, who has no previous convictions, “feels completely ashamed and embarrassed”.

She said: “His parents are on the court landing. They are ashamed and embarrassed.

“His parents do not want to come into court because they don’t want to see him in the dock and are extremely upset.”

Ms Kennedy said Prescott first looked at the images out of “curiosity” but became “extremely obsessed”.

She urged the judge to impose a suspended sentence, but added: “He said if he is sent to immediate custody, it is only what he deserves.”

Judge Robert Warnock said Prescott used his “expertise in IT” to build up his sickening collection.

He said: “You are an exceptionally intelligent young man but for the last 10 years you have been following and downloading these foul images of children who are abused.

“I don’t know if your intelligence led you to understand by doing that you are promoting child abuse.”

Judge Warnock said he was concerned by the other items found in Prescott’s home, although no charges followed from these seizures.

He said: “They indicate at the very least a wholly unhealthy, and potentially, if not dangerous, [attitude].

“Certainly it is a matter that concerns the court in terms of the welfare of children around you.”

Judge Warnock handed Prescott 15 months in prison, suspended for two years.

He told him to attend an internet sex offenders programme, to sign on the Sex Offenders Register and comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 10 years.

Man pleads guilty to breach of sex order

A 55-YEAR-old man has pleaded guilty to breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order by allegedly being with a 16-year-old boy in his car.

Norman Raymond Simpson from Claremont Road in Billinge is accused of flouting an order imposed at St Helens Magistrates Court on October 17, 2008.

It is alleged that he was in the company of the boy on May 27, 2009 at London Fields, Billinge without reasonable excuse.

Man ordered not to approach under-18s

A PERVERT with a history of sexual offences against children has been ordered not to associate with anyone under 18 for the next 20 years.

Norman Raymond Simpson, from Pendlebury Street, in Clock Face, was jailed for eight weeks at St Helens Magistrates’ Court last Friday for breaching an interim Sexual Offences Prevention Order, made on August 20.

This was intended to stop him from approaching or communicating with a 13-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons.

However, within weeks of the order being made, 54-year-old Simpson had already come into contact with the boy in question.

Labelling Simpson as ‘a risk to young people’, District Judge Ian Lomax said: “You have shown by your behaviour that you appear to have little respect for court orders.

“I recognise that you have been offending for several years with no end in sight.”

Pervert admits child sex offences after being snared by online ‘paedophile hunters’

rimmer

A pervert admitted child sex offences after being snared by a group of ‘paedophile hunters’.

Stephen Rimmer, 33, thought he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl when he sent explicit pictures of his private parts online.

He pleaded guilty to attempting to engage in sexual activity in the presence of a child at Sefton Magistrates’ Court today.

Rimmer, of Stella Nova in Washington Parade, Bootle , could now face a prison sentence.

In a brief hearing, prosecutor David Maxwell said: “The defendant made contact with them, he believed he was contacting a 14-year-old girl. The conversation between the two groups was sexual in nature. Pictures of himself masturbating were sent to what he believed was a 14-year-old girl.”

Mr Maxwell said Rimmer had no previous convictions.

Chairman of the bench, Frank Dainty, declined jurisdiction of the case and sent Rimmer to Liverpool Crown Court for sentence.

He was released on bail with conditions not to have unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18.

Rimmer must also sign the sex offenders’ register for a length of time to be determined by the crown court.

Liverpool paedophile admits raping little girl hundreds of times

morgan

A Liverpool man faces a long prison sentence after admitting raping a little girl hundreds of times.

Anthony Morgan pleaded guilty at Liverpool Crown Court to targeting his victim from the age of six on-wards.

The 40-year-old admitted raping her on no less than 225 occasions, plus a further attempted rape.

The paedophile, formerly of Ullet Road, Toxteth , and Rocky Lane, Childwall , is now of no fixed address.

Morgan, with short brown hair and glasses, appeared via video link from HMP Forest Bank for a short hearing this morning.

The sex offender, wearing a black zip-up top, spoke only to confirm his personal details and enter his pleas.

Morgan – also known as Anthony Murphy – admitted eight counts of rape and one count of attempted rape.

He denied raping the girl no less than 60 times, when she was aged just four and five.

Dan Travers, prosecuting, said the Crown had decided not to pursue these allegations to trial.

The court heard these counts would be ordered to lie on the file.

Judge Brian Cummings, QC, said Morgan would be sentenced at a later date and remanded him in custody.

Convicted paedophile squeezed off-duty policeman’s penis in Wetherspoon’s toilet

peter

A convicted paedophile has been jailed for grabbing an off-duty special constable’spenis and testicles in a Wetherspoon’s toilet.

Serial sex offender Peter Anderson was already on a suspended sentence order for exposing himself to children when he touched the man in October last year.

The 59-year-old, of Kensington, Merseyside, was locked up for 12 months at Liverpool Crown Court after pleading guilty to sexual assault.

Jonathan Rogers, prosecuting, told the court: “On October 26 last year, [the complainant] was with his mother in Liverpool

“Just after 3.30pm they went to a Wetherspoon’s.

“He went to use the toilets, and as he entered the toilets the door was opened by the defendant.

“As he passed the defendant bumped into him with his shoulder and grabbed his crotch area, squeezing his penis and testicles.”

Mr Rogers said the assault lasted around three seconds until the constable, in his 20s, pushed Anderson away and challenged him

He told the court: “The defendant claimed he had just brushed past him.

“The complainant left the toilet area and immediately phoned the police and told staff members what happened.”

Staff members prevented Anderson from leaving until the police arrived, but the pervert turned to the officer and said: “It’s just your word against mine.”

The court heard Anderson had been convicted of exposure in 2014, when he approached two 12-year-old boys.

The boys had been playing ‘manhunt’ and were hiding in a bush when Anderson showed his penis and asked: “Do you want to play with my c***?”

He was later arrested after the quick-thinking youngsters took photographs of him with a mobile phone.

The court also heard Anderson had been convicted of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in 2001.

Mr Rogers said the special constable “looked younger than his age” and was “small in stature”, and had experienced feelings of nervousness since the incident.

Andrew McInnes, defending, said his client suffered a series of health problems and suggested the Probation Service could still work with Anderson to address his offending.

But Judge Clement Goldstone, QC, passing sentence, said the prison service was “well equipped” to deal with Anderson’s health problems and said he did not accept the full extent of his crimes.

He said: “The special constable who looked young for his age was caused considerable psychological anxiety in my judgement.”

Judge Goldstone ordered Anderson to sign onto the sex offender register for 10 years

Former DJ jailed for seven years after admitting child sex abuse

wright

A lorry driver and former DJ has been jailed for seven years for sexually abusing a child.

Michael Wright, 49, was jailed after pleading guilty to nine charges of sexual abuse, including three counts of rape.

Wright, of Guildford Road, Birkdale, Southport, was sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court on September 30 after committing the evil attacks on the child earlier this year.

The former Birkdale High School student was well known in the community as a member of the Scotch Piper Classic Car Club and regularly took his kit car to the Ormskirk Motor Show and the Woodvale Rally.

He most recently worked as lorry driver for Skelmersdale company Kanmac, but previously spent time as DJ and barman at venues around Southport including the Fox and Goose and the former Manhattans nightclub.

A source familiar with the case has said that the severity of the abuse has also led Police officers to raise concerns over whether this was Wright’s first attack.

Wirral teen avoids jail despite abusing young girls

A Wirral teenager who preyed on younger girls today avoided jail for his sick crimes.

Darren Lavin left one victim so distraught she made a heartbreaking video revealing the abuse in a brave bid to encourage others to seek help.

But the 19-year-old was spared jail today after the court heard he was making considerable progress on a sex offenders’ rehabilitation programme.

Lavin’s offences were detailed to Judge Clement Goldstone QC at his sentencing hearing this morning.

The abuse he dealt out was discovered by the family of one of his victims when they found a harrowing video she had posted online.

The girl had set the clip to music and held up flash cards revealing how she had been sexually abused by him.

That video was today praised by Judge Goldstone as “an astonishingly mature and brave thing for her to do”.

Lavin also assaulted a younger girl and encouraged her to touch him sexually during the same period.

He pleaded guilty to the offences relating to that victim, but was found guilty after a trial of the offences revealed by the video clip.

John Weate, defending, said Lavin had suffered a “dysfunctional” lifestyle and that he himself was a child when the offences were committed.

He said Lavin was making good progress on a rehabilitation programme and added: “He has perhaps got more insight than ever before. He’s working hard with a good structure behind him and in the long term the public are to be best protected if this progress continues.”

Noting that progress Judge Goldstone, who was sentencing Lavin for multiple sexual assaults, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, decided against jailing the defendant.

While he accepted Lavin had been “well on the path to becoming a sexual predator”, he had been encouraged by his rehabilitation.

He said: “You have shown that there is, or at least may be, a different side to your character. You have at least clearly begun to benefit from the [rehabilitation] programme.”

Although he did not jail Lavin, of Bridge Street in Birkenhead , he warned: “You fail at your peril” and ordered updates on his progress to be reported to him every four months.

Suspended sentence for Southport man who downloaded child abuse images

A SOUTHPORT man downloaded “disgusting” child sexual abuse images after searching web addresses in Russia and Germany, a court has heard.

Police identified David Johnson as the culprit and sentencing him today (Fri) a judge pointed out that people who view such photographs and videos encourage others to abuse children for the images.

Liverpool Crown Court heard that 51-year-old Johnson had downloaded a total of 505 images including 42 videos in all three categories of seriousness.

Johnson, of Rufford Street, was also found to have 79 extreme pornographic images, all but two videos, and 61 computer generated indecent images of children, said Chris Taylor, prosecuting.

Police had raided his home on April 6 last year and seized his computer equipment. Asked if investigators would find under-age girls Johnson said they would not though they “would flash up now and again” when he was on line.

However his search terms included “nude schoolgirl” and “young, chubby and pre-teen”, said Mr Taylor.

Johnson pleaded guilty to three offences of downloading indecent images, one of possessing extreme porn and one of possessing prohibited images of children.

He was sentenced to eight months imprisonment suspended for two years, ordered to attend a sex offenders programme and 60 days rehabilitation activity.

A ten year Sexual Harm Prevention Order was made and he was ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for the same period.

Judge Steven Everett told him that the children in the images would have been left mentally scarred for life . “It is a sad reality some may not now be alive because they have taken their own lives or once abused  in this way may well have been sadly disposed of.”

He told Johnson, “You knew what you were doing and it is time for you to accept that and own up to it. There is a glimmer of change but you need to be more honest than in the past.

“You are not a lost cause and you have real medical problems,” he added.

Rory McCormack, defending, said,”He is a very ill man.”

He has a serious heart condition and other heath problems including diabetes.Mr McCormack added that the defendant had had limited insight but was now gaining in insight.

Jailed: Wirral paedophile had obscene images of children as young as six

taylor

A paedophile who breached a court order restricting his internet use has been jailed for 12 months.

David Taylor, who has convictions for downloading 25,000 indecent images of children and historic child abuse, was arrested after police called at his Wirral home.

An officer made a routine visit to check he was complying with the order restricting his internet use and found that he was not obeying it.

His laptop was seized and when forensically examined it was found to contain 36 images in each of the three categories of seriousness, Liverpool Crown Court heard.

65-year-old Taylor, of Alexandra Road, Oxton, pleaded guilty to four charges involving downloading and possessing indecent images of children.

The court heard children in the images included some as young as six.

Jailing him the judge, Recorder Anthony Long said, “It is suggested you might respond to the Northumbria Sex Offenders Programme.

“In my judgement you have had ample opportunities over the years for help for what is obviously a serious problem but you have failed to take that help or act upon it.

“You were the subject of an order preventing you accessing the internet for this purpose but you went ahead and did it anyway.”

He imposed an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and ordered him to sign the Sex Offenders Register for ten years.

Former Wallasey Sea Cadets volunteer jailed for sexually abusing teenage boy

A FORMER volunteer with the Sea Cadets was jailed for sexually abusing a teenage boy in his care.

Merchant seaman David Taylor held a lieutenant’s rank in the Wallasey Sea Cadets when he carried out a three-year campaign of abuse against the boy.

Liverpool crown court heard the abuse only came to light after Taylor was jailed in 2010 for possession of child porn and his now grown-up victim realised by not speaking up more children may have suffered.

Kim Egerton, prosecuting, said the sexual abuse was carried out during the 1980s when Taylor would return from sea and would “groom” the boy, buying him sweets and equipment in exchange for sexual favours.

She said: “The police got to know about it after the complainant saw in the newspaper that the defendant had been prosecuted for indecent images and realised that if he had said something sooner those offences might not have occurred.”

The victim described his abuser as “a very, very nice man” and said he did not use force on him but said he had felt guilty for his entire life.

Taylor, 61, of Great Howard Street, Vauxhall, has previous convictions for abusing boys under 16 going back to the 1980s and 1990s and was jailed for 27 months in 2010 for possession of child pornography.

He was banned from working with children after that conviction.

When arrested this year he gave no comment to police but pleaded guilty to six offences of sexual assault when he went to court.

Jonathon Duffy, defending, said Taylor was sorry for what he had done.

He added: “He has reflected on his conduct and realises the pain he has caused and the enduring problems he has suffered.”

Judge Stephen Clarke jailed Taylor for 30 months adding he was constrained by the laws of the time as to sentence.

Taylor was also ordered to sign the sex offenders register for life.

Pensioner jailed for “horrific” sexual abuse against three girls over nearly 40 years

don

A pensioner isolated and committed “horrific” sexual abuse against three girls over nearly 40 years.

Donald Eaton groomed and molested his victims, one aged as young as four, between the 1950s and 1990s.

The 84-year-old, of Langford Road in Aigburth, admitted nine counts of indecent assault at Liverpool Crown Court .

Eaton, using a walking stick in the dock, also pleaded guilty to a charge of indecency with a child.

Judge Denis Watson, QC, today jailed him for eight and a half years, with an extended two years on licence.

He said an attack on one of the girls “was such a horrific act that she will never forget it”.

Judge Watson said: “It’s hard to imagine a more traumatic set of circumstances for the three individuals concerned.”

The offending began when Eaton was in his early 20s, having been discharged from the army on mental health grounds after serving in Korea.

Paul Treble, prosecuting, said in each case the paedophile “would try and isolate them and take advantage of them”.

The first victim was confused by the abuse and only realised many years later what Eaton actually did.

Donald William Eaton, 84

She told the court she felt guilty because reporting it sooner could have spared future victims.

The woman said: “I have struggled since and for the rest of my life keeping the memory to myself, sort of burying the thoughts.

“I am now left full of sadness and loss, feeling sick every day and suffering disturbed sleep nightly.”

Mr Treble said the second victim also struggled to understand but now felt Eaton “robbed her of her innocence”.

The woman said: “This man is a dangerous sexual deviant and not to be trusted around children.”

His third victim sobbed as she recalled the “horrors” perpetrated by Eaton, which “changed my life forever”.

She said the “twisted” pervert filmed himself abusing her and “used me like a puppet in his sick games”.

The woman added: “I still suffer from anxiety, nightmares and feelings of panic.

“I had to have cognitive behavioural therapy to try and cope.”

Judge Watson told Eaton to sign on the Sex Offenders Register for life and gave him an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Like father like son – teen pervert follows in footsteps of paedophile dad

sam

A teenage pervert was locked up for abusing underage girls – just months after his paedophile dad was jailed for rape .

Samuel Langton jnr, 18, was found guilty of molesting three teeanage victims, in a trial last month.

Earlier this year the teen – who at the time could not be named due to his age – also stood trial alongside Samuel Langton snr, 56 .

Langton jnr, who was accused of offering his dad’s victim £8,000 to drop the case, was cleared of perverting the course of justice.

But Langton snr, of Grafton Street, Toxteth , was jailed for 16 years after he was found guilty of four counts of rape and 10 sexual assaults.

Today the younger of the two paedophiles appeared at Liverpool Youth Court to be sentenced.

Langton jnr, of Richmond Terrace, Anfield, was found guilty of nine counts of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with one girl.

The court heard he was aged 17 at the time, but she was much younger.

Langton jnr was also found guilty of assaulting the schoolgirl, causing her actual bodily harm, by kicking her, and criminal damage after smashing her mobile phone.

The teen was convicted of sexually assaulting a second victim, in Liverpool city centre, by touching her breasts and bottom.

Langton jnr was found guilty of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a third girl, on a street in Cressington.

He was convicted of making her watch him masturbate and taking an indecent photograph of her breasts.

Langton jnr admitted two counts of cannabis possession after twice being caught with small quantities of the drug.

District Judge Wendy Lloyd said Langton jnr, who denied any wrongdoing with the girls, was “a young man left very much on his own”.

She said: “He seems to be a very lonely character. I understand that he doesn’t trust or like anybody very much.”

Jeremy Rawson, defending, said his sobbing client was now totally isolated from his family.

He said: “He is virtually a recluse. He has almost imposed isolation to keep away from others and to keep away from members of the public.”

Mr Rawson asked the judge to take into account Langton jnr’s “sorrowful life”.

District Judge Lloyd said the first victim “seemed to be under this young man’s spell”.

She said his attack on the second girl was “a form of sexual bullying”.

The judge said the third victim was particularly vulnerable and he took indecent pictures of her to exert control.

She said: “If he has got photographs of her bare breasts then he has got potentially ammunition for the future.

“You took her down lonely, dark roads and did with her what you wanted. I believe she was extremely frightened.”

District Judge Lloyd accepted that Langton jnr “had a great deal to cope with”.

She said: “You find it difficult probably to have relationships with girls nearer your age.

“You were looking for young girls because you find them easier to manipulate.

“I have some worries about your attitudes towards girls generally. You perhaps have some very negative thoughts about girls.”

The judge handed Langton jnr two years in a young offenders institution.

She made a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and told him to sign on the Sex Offenders Register for three and a half years.

Violent woman who used sex toys in front of young girls jailed for four years

emma-kent

A woman who used sex toys and tried to urinate in front of two young girls has been jailed for four years.

Emma Kent, 29, was already in jail for slashing a woman’s throat when she was found guilty of the child sexual activity claims.

Kent wore a nappy and a bra during one shocking incident and forced her underage victims to touch her breasts.

One young girl said Kent exposed her private parts and warned the victim not to blab to her parents because “it’s our secret”.

The deranged deviant even tried to urinate in front of the girls on one occasion at an address in New Brighton

The court heard that the younger female victim has been sectioned for mental health issues having suffered deep psychological harm.

The other victim regularly has nightmares and flashbacks, saying she has felt like she wants to die

She told Liverpool Crown Court: “The pain won’t leave, the scars won’t fade and the memories will never vanish or disappear.”

Kent was convicted 21 times between the ages of 18 and 23 of multiple assaults, arson, possessing weapons and public order offences.

She was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault and four counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and sentenced to four years in jail – she denied the charges.

Kent, who will now have to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for life, appeared via video link from Prestwich Hospital in Bury, where she was moved to from prison last year because of concerns of her “life-threatening” self-harm.

Furious Judge Denis Watson QC shouted: “Don’t look at her – don’t you dare look at her” at sex fiend Anthony Turner at Liverpool Crown Court.

Turner was jailed for raping the seven-year-old girl before threatening to kill her if she spoke out.

He had already warned Turner’s supporters they could face jail, after some of them threatened jurors at the end of his trial.

Judge Watson said: “The behaviour of members of the public on that occasion was outrageous in that there were threats and abuse to the jury.

“If there is any problem, any interruption to the proceedings or dissent, I will have that dealt with by way of arrest and summary proceedings for contempt.

“Contempt in the face of this court is almost certainly likely to lead to imprisonment for anybody who is found guilty.”

Turner, 31, of Barlows Lane, Fazakerley , was found guilty of four counts of rape of a child under the age of 13.

Liverpool Crown Court heard the girl has since been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Frank Dillon, prosecuting, said: “She has been unable to deal with what has happened.

“She sleeps with the light on because she is scared of the defendant.”

He said the victim’s mum feared the effect on her may be worse as she grows up and becomes more aware of what happened to her.

Mr Dillon added that the girl’s family were concerned about coming into contact with Turner’s family.

Turner has eight previous convictions for 14 offences including dishonesty, burglary and theft, but no past record of sexual offending.

Martine Snowdon, defending, said the four rapes happened during a six-month period, in contrast to cases where there is “a greater campaign of offending”.

She said Turner’s life began with personal tragedy and he had shown in the past he was able to display love and tenderness and had a good work ethic.

Judge Watson said Turner caused his victim “severe psychological harm”, which was evident by her PTSD, after a period of grooming and “deliberate isolation”.

He said: “She was threatened that if she told anyone you would kill her and her own mother.”

The judge gave Turner an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and said he would sign on the Sex Offenders Register for life.

He imposed a Section 236A sentence, which includes an additional year on licence, and stringent conditions upon release.

Judge Watson said: “Your release is not automatic. Your case cannot be considered by the parole board until you have served at least half of the sentence.

“It may be that you serve more than half, if not all, of the 18 years of this sentence.”

Turner, who displayed no emotion, waved at family members as he left the dock, who shouted: “Love you Ant.”

Paedophile caught posing as lesbian teenager on Skype fled to Thailand

A paedophile caught posing as a lesbian teenager on Skype to make children undress later fled to Thailand.

Leslie Hall, 61, tried to start conversations with nearly 4,000 schoolgirls, pretending he was a 16 to 19-year-old.

He befriended four victims, persistently demanded they perform sex acts, and became abusive if they did not comply.

Hall, of Wilfred Owen Drive, Bidston, also downloaded nearly 2,000 indecent images of youngsters aged eight to 14.

Liverpool Crown Court heard computer engineer Adam Hill contacted police about Hall on October 9, 2014.

He was asked to repair his machine in April or May that year, but discovered it contained child abuse pictures.

Simon Duncan, prosecuting, said: “He reported that to his boss, who put pressure on Mr Hill simply to return the computer to the client, without reporting that matter to the police.”

Mr Duncan said “business interests” clearly took precedence for Propergeeks in Leasowe Road, Wallasey.

However, Mr Hill later left the company and still “troubled” went to the police.

Recorder David Turner, QC, said he was “unfortunately advised by his boss to keep quiet” but acted in the “public spirit”.

Officers raided Hall’s home on October 11 and seized his computer and digital equipment.

Chat logs showed he used four accounts to talk to his victims, none of whom could be traced.

In November 2013 he told a 13-year-old lesbian he loved her and talked her into showing him her breasts.

He refused to go on camera unless she posed naked, then revealed his penis.

The girl, who had earlier said she felt suicidal, responded: “Why lie to an innocent girl?”

In January 2014 he talked a 14-year-old girl into revealing her body. He suddenly started masturbating on camera and she was confused.

Hall contacted a bisexual 13-year-old in August 2014, who described him as a bully.

In September 2014 he accused a 13-year-old girl of being a man when she refused to strip.

Mr Duncan said: “It is somewhat ironic in the circumstances – nonetheless indicative of the defendant’s manipulative behaviour.

When she told him to “f*** off”, furious Hall replied: “Okay c***.”

He admitted four counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and three counts of possessing indecent images of children.

After police interviewed him in October 2014, Hall fled to Thailand. He returned two weeks later and surrendered his passport.

He was granted bail but disappeared in February 2015 and remained at large until September this year, when he was admitted to hospital after a suicide attempt.

Recorder Turner told Hall “you decided you would flee from justice” and spent some 18 months “on the run”.

Jailing him for two years, he said: “You were aggressive and manipulative in your dealings with these young girls.”

He made a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and told Hall to sign on the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.

Dad blackmailed and sexually abused girl after discovering her naked Snapchat pics

bon

A dad-of-two blackmailed a schoolgirl to fulfil his twisted sexual fantasies after discovering her naked Snapchat pictures.

Craig Boniface found intimate photographs on a teenage girl’s phone, made copies and used them to manipulate and molest her.

Unrepentant Boniface sighed loudly in the dock as the judge described how he was convicted “on the clearest possible evidence”.

Liverpool Crown Court heard he was a house husband, whose wife often travelled the country working for a hotel chain.

While she was away, Boniface planned “Frosty nights” – named after the Frosty Jack’s cider he gave his victim before abusing her.

The 45-year-old, of Bickerton Avenue, Bebington, Wirral , denied any wrongdoing, but was found guilty after a trial.

Jailing him for five years, Judge Andrew Menary, QC, said: “It’s clear you developed an unhealthy interest in her, to the point of becoming infatuated with her.

“You nurtured an alternative fantasy life where she became the object of your sexually driven obsession.

“You used those photographs to essentially blackmail her to do things for you, or to behave in a way designed to feed your obsession.”

Boniface bought the girl revealing clothes to wear and demanded she “parade” them for him, then got her drunk and groped her.

Judge Menary said: “You called these nights your Frosty nights, after the cider you were drinking. These were your fantasy nights.”

He booked hotel rooms for them after lying to his wife about where he was going and made his victim dress and wear make-up to appear older.

Judge Menary said Boniface did this so he could take his victim to bars to buy alcohol and then touched her sexually.

He said: “More could have happened. She couldn’t say however, because she was so intoxicated.”

Sarah Holt, prosecuting, said the victim now suffers from nightmare and flashbacks.

The girl said: “I feel dirty and sick and sometimes feel it was all my fault for letting him do what he did to me. I find it hard to trust anyone.”

The victim’s mum said it was “heartbreaking” to see the impact of Boniface’s abuse and that her daughter’s GCSE results were “severely affected”.

She said: “I would like to see him punished for what he has done. I hope he realises all the pain and suffering he has caused.”

Boniface was found guilty of three counts of sexual activity with a child and two counts of making indecent images of children.

Unrepentant Boniface sighed loudly in the dock as the judge described how he was convicted “on the clearest possible evidence”.

He said: “Nobody could blame your family for wanting to believe in you.

“But sadly anybody who reads the dozens of texts you exchanged with her would not be left in any doubt at all about the true nature of the relationship you desired with her.”

He told Boniface to sign on the Sex Offenders Register for life and handed him an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
